Update 4.1.B.0.431->4.1.B.0.587

Hi,

Yesterday my phone ST18i xperia ray show me the option to update to 4.1.b.0.587 but when I´ve performanced the update the phone has dead, the screen is black and doen´t turn on.

Is there any process to recuperate it?

Try can use:

PC Companion (PCC) or Sony  Update Service (SUS)

Thanks Veresova, this is the second time I get this error. The first was updating to 4.1.B.0.431. I had to use PC Companion in order to install the new version but after the installation I got the same situation. I solved it by flashing with unbrick but losing all the data phone. This is why I´m trying to find out how to update my phone without losing the data again.

Hi Veresova, I have the same problem, update came last evening and since then no change to start the phoen. I also tried to update over PCC and SUS no change. The phone viberat short and flash short green. Could you help me also?
