update Acro s to jelly bean

how can i upates my Acro S to jelly bean ?
i tried many times to upadte it by upadtes service but when i hold sound down key while plugging cable that's it not succeed

i need other way to update my sony mobile

you have to press and hold the volume down then w/o releasing the volume key connect the usb cable.

i do this milion times but not succeed and  still telling me to do this

what message do you get? does the notification LED turn green?

yes and show me the charger icon

you have to be specific and post screenshots of PCC or SUS, do you get an error?

ok so the issue is that your computer hasn't downloaded the drivers

uninstall PCC and SUS > restart your PC > re-install SUS > restart your PC > disable both antivirus and firewall > run SUS > try again
