Xperia S Sound Problem

hei i have an xperia S i notict that my phone dint do anny shutter sound when using the camera app .. i tried reinstaling the software and still had the same problem after i conectet to my google acount ... then i noticts this applys to all sound like the unlock screen and button touch and so on ..

reinstaling works until i connect to my google acount. i checkt all settings and they are turnd on and the sound is maxed out ...

im not shure what causes the probelm but a software update from .73 to .75 dint help .. a total reset dint fix the problem ether...

anny idea?

just open the camera app -> menu and you should be able to see the shutter sound on/off

its set on "ON" but as i said .. all system sounds ar missing .. the unlock sound and so on .. i have the message notification sound an ringtone that work like they should .. but all other system sound ar missing totaly .. and all of them are turned on

you can see they are on but still all missing ... nothing at all..

and all volume levels ar at max

probably the system volume is down

use this app

"Quick Settings" open it -> volume -> system volume up

yepp that fixt the problem .. anny idea how they got turnt off ??? i never turnt them off on anny of my phones ??? and there is no setting in android for that ... but ok thanks .. all ok now

I was wondering the same thing, there isn't an option with xperia but at least that app work just fine

well then we are 2 ... i had allot of xperia phones and i work with technical stuff so i consider my self to be a user that has a good know how of how stuff get fixt .. but this was new to me ... most funny part is this xperia s is only 3 days old and before that i also had an xperia s( wich my girlfriend has now) and i dint had that problem there. Well at least it got fixt fast hehe ... btw there is a software bug in pc companion .. restoring backup dosent work as it should .. i never manage to restore contacts and messegase ... just to inform you =P ... at least my google acount saves contacts for me hehe..

well problem solved and case close .. thanks for the help

i have the same problem. I cant hear sounds of videos, songs and so on (i can if i plug headphones) ...and i cant find "Quick Settings" open it -> volume -> system volume up ...could you be more specific, or send me pictures how to get there ? thanks ...PS: it also started without i would do anything
