40 EX503 initial set up

Hi all..

I recently purchased the 40ex503, and when i went through the initial set up i chose NTSC instead of PAL,, can anyone please advise how i can change it to PAL?.

After you did the solution above were you able to auto-tune in all available channels on your TV..:smileyconfused:

If not try this..

Go to the Home menu..

Then browse to Settings..

Followed by System Settings..

In the System settings menu click on General Set-up, followed by Factory Settings..

Try this..

Go to the Home menu..

Then browse to Settings..

Followed by System Settings..

In the System settings menu click on Auto Start-up..

I did try the auto startup but it didnt give me the option to choose ntsc or pal...

Yes after i did the auto setup i  was able to auto-tune the channels , but the option for choosing PAl was not there..

If i use the factory settings will it mess other things up?

Hi,

If your Bravia is working ok & you are able to view the TV channels via an aerial then your TV is set up correctly..:smileywink:
