I tried to browse opera but can not access tointernet. When tried to update any software shows error message 2103 and 2200.how to fix?

This model seems to be Australian according to Google, are you sure about that?

 Yes. The model number is correct brought it in sweden. The internet is already connected but can not update any app or browse internet!!
