Cannot recieve Freeview Hd on Model KDL-32EX403

hello there

I have Bravia Model no KDL -32 EX403 on which I have never been able to receive freeveiw hd

A few HD  channels including BBC HD used to be in the epg  but no signal appeared when i tried to view them

I ran a digital auto tune and now these these channels disappeared completely !!! I am pretty sure though not certain that hd is available in my area postcode area PO21 I am also running the latest firmware

ANY help in solving this is appriciated

Might be you need to get your TV aerial checked out if its super old or you get a poor picture?
