I've asked this before and have waitied for firmware updates. The last update made no difference. Factory reset has had zero effect.
I understand that 'Sony Entertainment Network' is only available on post 2010 models. This is a 2016 Television. I'm trying to get the TV registered on SEN so I can view the same content that I do on another set which is a 2013 KDL-32W653A.
Image attached shows the only available apps. Sony Entertainment Network is non-existent. Can anyone help??

Hi there
I remember your other thread:
https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/televisions/kdl-32wd603-limited-apps-and-no-sen/m-p/2188265
The apps available on the 2016 WD6 series TV is different to the 2013 W653a TV. Other tjan the Amazon app - which i have no further news by the way, you are not missing any apps.
Also, you no longer need to register 2015 and 2016 non-android smart TVs to SEN to activate apps.

Hopefully this explains things better

Hello
The Amazon app should now be available, one you have updated your TV. Please see the following link: http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/content/cnt-dwnl/
