No HD Channels visible with Freeview

Hello

We currently have a Bravia KDL-32EX524 TV and have just tried to view the HD channels with Freeview

We are in the Crystal Palace area of London and just checked with Digital UK that we should be able to view BBC, ITV and Channel 4 HD.

However we cannot view any HD channels despite retuning and manually searching a number of times. We receive the normal channels through Freeview without any problem.

Any ideas gratefully appreciated

Hi - I'd make sure you are running the latest firmware on the device, just incase this is causing a problem although it shouldn't. If that doesn't work then maybe try it on a friends aerial connection to see if its the TV that is at fault or if there is a issue with the aerial.. At the moment, it would be good to narrow down the issue a little bit first. Could always take it to your local Sony servcie centre and get hem to test it also.
