Hi,
This is driving me nuts
I have 2 devices registered with the essentials portal. I recently got an email to say that I needed to transfer my details over to the Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account.
Fair enough, clciked the link but it fails with this message:-
The country associated with your Sony Entertainment Network account must match the country for your Essentials account. Please try again or Create a New Account.
I've tried (loads of times) to change or even see what country is associated with my Essentials account but cannot.
Both my accounts (SEN & Essentials are associated with the same email address which is what I want)
Question: how do I set or change my address (specifically my country) in my essentials account?

I have the exact same problem, did you get a response to this? its stopping me using lovefilm on my bravia.

Maybe give them a buzz - http://en.support.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/807/kw/contact%20us its a specific SEN helpline for account management assistance, so they should be able to resolve.
