I have a Sony Bravia smart TV connected by ethernet cable to Virgin Hub3.0. When TV is unplugged I have >200Mbps download and >20Mbps upload speed - excellent broadband. Once I switch on TV internet connection breaks down

The first two steps in the troubleshooting process is:
Unfortunately you havent listed your TV model number so I cannot give you instructions on how to do so. If you need instructions and/or the above fails to fix the problem, please reply back with your TV model number. Also are you using wireless or a wired connection?

Thank you for prompt reply. TV model is BRAVIA KDL-40W605B. I am using wired connection. Previously I was using wifi connection - the same problem. TV wifi is switched off.
