I have a big problem with my presence sensor on my new TV. I simply cannot get it to work. I have tried everything but it does not turn off the screen when I leave the room. It does not even adjust the back light. I have tried mild, moderate and strong but nothing seems to help. In the settings I have for instance tried to set it to mild and then turn off the back light after 5 minutes but nothing happens. In the settings my TV registers both movement and my face and it also shows how the effect looks but when it comes to the practical use nothing happens.
I really hope someone can help since this is a big pain in the a*s. Especially when I can read that other people have trouble with this function almost working to well.
