TV Internet connections

Hi. Just bought KDL40 hx753, and have been trying all day to get an internet connection. No joy. It has now occurred to me that it might not have a built in Lan, and I might need an adaptor. Can anyone confirm this.  Having just forked out best part of £800, i dont fancy spending another £70 on this device which I presumed the TV had.

According to the features page for this set on the Sony site "Built-in Wi-Fi to easily connect to the Internet ", so there's no need for an additional adapter.
