Hi there,
I own an VAIO A - Series laptop. Unfortunately they broke in to my room, and stole my Entertainment dock (probably without knowing what it is) with other valuable things. Luckily I had my laptop with me. As a result now I can not use my GigaPocket software to record TV anymore. And the AV Entertainment dock is NOT available for purchase seperately. I have tried to contact many sony representatives but none offered a plausible solution to my problem. Does anybody know whether I could somehow re-purchase the AV Entertainment Dock? I am ready to pay any amount as I really enjoyed watching TV with my big screen and using my GigaPocket software?

I quite don't understand Sony s policy about this Dock and I am very dissapointed as loyal Sony customer.

I would appreciate some help on this issue.

(PS: Do you know any compatible External USB TV Tuner that I can use with my laptop and is supported by the GigaPocket?)

What a bunch of sods! If you have insurance I would try and get a new notebook from them.

Sony don't - as of yet - sell the dock separetly, but apparently they were talking about releasing it soon.

I would keep asking Sony.

Ya, currently the only selling the normal docking,:smileysad: so you may need to stick on a TV set untill its release

Now that you mention you'll be watching sony... does anyone know from where can i find out information for "coming up" products from Sony? (Like the AV -dock lets say)
