I have this "blue screen" error and don't know from where it's coming. I have no problems using my laptop, and no "unexpected shutdowns" while I am working. This happens now when I am listening to something, and set my laptop to hibernate after a certain period of inactivity. Then, when I switch on again, it shows the blue screen and asks me if I want to go to safe mode or run normally.
This has only recently started happening, as I have set to hibernate after listening to an itunes podcast many times previously without issue.
Thanks for any advice or first pointers on where I should be looking.
