Error mesage accessing My Club Vaio

When trying to access My Club Vaio I get this message.
'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. you may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.' My AVG quarrantined My Club Vaio.exe because of a Trojan horse which I have since found is safe. I replaced the file but now get this message. What can I do, please?

Are you sure you replaced it in the same place it came from. Sounds like a broken link to me.

Hi Servelan,

We have asked Sony for some advice on this - hopefully they will reply with an answer.

Hi Servalan

Blencogo has reported this to Sony along with a few other similar threads: -

It seems that ClubVAIO are using a filename that is the same as one in a Trojan Horse infection. I can only presume it is not now working for you because AVG has quarantined this file which is needed by ClubVAIO. You may have to go into AVG and tell it this file is OK.

If we get any more feedback, we will let you know.
