Fax Output dont work on Z1

Since some days the Fax out doesnt work anymore = immediately the fax console says "maximum retries reach" and " unrecoverable error"

But Fax in works.

I tried to re install the Fax option in windows setup but same problem

Anyone has any idea how to fix that ?

Check the telephone number you're sending the fax to.

No Kee-Lo it is not the problem
I use the same fax number as before
I dont understand why no more fax is sent

Have you checked the settings in your program you're using?

it worked before

the only thing I did is to switch on the Wifi and set up the wireless function

I even cannot launch a system recovery = none of the recovery points work ! I wonder what it is made for if you cant use it

it is boring if I must save C: and re install the recovery CD

Try turning off WIFI and send a fax.

I have finally saved all my docs and re installed the cd
now it works fine as before and wifi also
it is sometimes faster to reinstall the system than to search where is the wrong thing
