hibernation and standby

Since one week the system of my my notebook (PCG-FX605) blocks when I try to get into standby or hibernation mode. Before it functioned well. There is enough memory on disk. How can this be remedied?

My PCG-GR214EP does the same thing, it is normaly down to a driver fault (normaly your display driver).

If you have updated a driver latley it could be causing the problem.

Or the other could be true, check that you have the latest updates for your computer and OS.

The way that i solve this is normaly is to restore the computer. back to its original state.
