Horizontal black lines appearing on Vaio Laptop

I've recently purchased a Vaio VPCEL2S1E/W, and only 1 month later I'm seeing flickering horizontal thin black lines appearing every so often.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution?

Any help is appreciated!!
