Ever since I updated my computer to Windows 8 from Windows 7 - after having to format the harddrive completely, due to various issues occuring - none of the Sony buttons on the keyword work, such as the audio buttons, the S1 key or the Viao key.
I have spent many hours installing the relevant Sony software multiple times (such as the 'Vaio Event Service'), both from the Sony website and other websites, but none of this restores the functionality of the keys.
I have a Sony Vaio Laptop VPCF13Z1E, running Windows 8.
Can anyone help please?
