How do I install Support Central on VGN-FS415E

I can't find VAIO Central or VAIO Support Central on my lap-top.  How do I install them?  If I try and follow guidance on internet, it keeps referring me back to Sony Support site, but I can't find specific reference.  Can anyone help? Thanks

Did you re-install the OS in your laptop ?

VAIO Central or VAIO Support Central are original installed softwares.

The VGN-FS415E laptop has Windows XP originally installed. If you are using the preinstalled operating system, you can use VAIO Recovery Center to:

• Reinstall specific drivers and applications
  Notice: some applications may not be offered for reinstallation due to copyright restrictions.

You can start VAIO Recovery Center as follows:

1. Open the Windows Start menu and type “recovery”.
2. Click on VAIO Recovery Center.

Try a system recovery from the recovery discs and also from the factory-preconfigured hard disk recovery partition Recovery option.

How to start a recovery from the recovery partition:

• Shut down the VAIO completely
• Boot the VAIO, and press F10 multiple times
• After the Recovery Environment has loaded, some options will be proposed to you, including a full system recovery.

This recovery will bring your laptop to "manufacture" state. ALL original softwares will be installed.

I think these programs are only installed on Vaios produced in the USA and Asia.

European Vaios use Vaio Control Centre/Vaio Update/Vaio Event Service.
