I have a VPCZ13C5E laptop and cannot play some DVD's-can anyone help please ?

Can you give us some idea of the DVDs that will not play? Any error code?

I presume all the DVDs are Region Code 2 (Europe) type?

Thanks for your reply- reallly appreciate it. It plays some DVD''s and not others. I'm in the UK and play European DVD''s - the last one that I couldn't play was 'Mike Bassett England Manager' which I bought in the UK. I spoke to sony tech support but, in my experiance they were pretty poor.;they asked me to unstall the DVDD driver and reinstall it with no benefit!
