Does anyone know of a company that manufactures an in-car power adapter for the pocket player

You can use the same adaptor as for a TomTom Go... I have done this and it works fine - you need to use the cradle though of course.....

if your car system has a cassette player you can use one of sony's cable cassettes that are specially made to connect to devices by a cable of the line out type that the vaio cradle has.

or you could use a radio connection device.you plug it on the vaio and select a certain fm frequency and then you can use that frequency by tuning your car radio to listen to whatever vaio is playing...
