jumping cursor vgn-fz210ce

how can stop the cursor from jumping all over the screen when I use the c to m keys?  the model is vgn-fz210ce.

It sounds to me like the keyboard is flexing a bit and pressing on the touchpad housing under the palmrest.  This then probably gives the same result as a 'Tap'.

I presume you have checked the 'Turn off cursor when typing' box in mouse properties which may help a bit but it sounds to me like someone will need to look inside to try to correct the problem by stopping the movement.  Removing and repositioning the keyboard may be all that is needed.
