need help

i have too many processes active and my vaio works hard, especially the pointer is moving really hard sometimes and gives me "not responding" on programs when it shouldn't.My version of vaio is VPCEH i5,4GB RAM ddr3. i've check the system and cleaned it up constantly, i have a good firewall and antivirus both up dated so the only source of my problems remains that 120 processes, and i don't know what process  should i keep and what it's good to turn off.

in attach i've put 2 prt sc of my processes(without the system ones) most of those are unknown to me i need info cuz i want to reduces them.

I got the same problem but i dissolve it with format that i made...I will tell you to close some off those but i'm not hope you that it will "flying"...
1-vaio gate(very unneeded program for me..)

2-PC-suite
3-IAStorIcon

4-Daemon tool(make it not to start when windows start..) Same with Yahoo and other programs..
5-Vaio Update
6-Vaio Care
7-Online Update Client
8-Vaio Analysis Manager Notification Icon
I see that you have some other program's that is yours..(like Sticky Notes)

And try to use a lighter Antivirus...
All the clean ups you make is not so sure that they make your pc faster...
