pcg k115s CDrom/dvdplayer. CDrom capacity not recognized

I try to burn an avi file, size 712 mb on a 800 Mb cdrom. Unfortunally my burning program Nero 6.3 seems not to recogize this size.

Is it the hardware or software that causes this error? Well, the info button in Nero says the CD rom is a 700 mb

Hopefully somebody knows what to do to get the 800 mb cdrom recognized.

It's a hardware limitation, the writer can only write to 700MB disks.
