I have a PCV-RS502 which has a problem with the USB ports, none of the ports appear to have power any more. Windows XP is recongising the USB controllers and Hubs but nothing that is connected to them. This started a couple of days ago, first the optical USB mouse stopped responding (Still powered at this point) rebooted the system and then the mouse wouldn't even light up. Now none of the ports seem to work. Is there any way of testing/fixing this or would the motherboard need replacing.
