Shoddy Vaio Update Not Working - SVF1521PEB

Vaio Care updated recently.

Now this pile of rubbish won't even tell me the model number.

And, this pile of rubbish can't run Vaio updates. They just stack up and are never installed, even when I try manually.

Give me one good reason not to return this disaster to the shop and demand a refund. This is the last time I buy a Shoddy Vaio. I know Sony have given up on their laptops and are selling them off due to the high volume of faults, problems and general design disasters, but this is taking the mickey.

Hi, out of interest have you installed the Windows 8.1 SPring Update 1 yet?

maybe it might bypass this dissaster you are experiencing?

Agreed Sony have serious Software intergration issues!

I've allowed all updates to take place. I'm running 8.1, so updates are automatic.

Sony products have nose-dived into the most shoddy, user-unfriendly rubbish I have ever seen.
