Sony UPnP Framework error

Hi,I have a Sony vaio notebook PCG-K115Z and everytime I turn it on a window will pop up saying that there is an sony upnp framework error!Can someone help me to solve this problem?Thx in advance!

I think it's due to the Norton AntiVirus
Am I right??
Try reinstalling the Norton
