I bought a Sony Vaio laptop VPC-S12L9E/B laptop 4 months ago. The left hinge has started creaking. THe laptop has not been dropped before anyone asks.
I have googled this problem and am amazed how common this problem is. Do Sony ever fix the problem? I am just worried that I will get fobbed off and has wasted £900 on a laptop? Other than the creaking there is no problem just the creaking spooks me sometimes and isn't something you expect of a new laptop.
