Vaio Support Out-of-Warranty telephone line not working

Does anyone have an alternative out of warranty contact telephone number for VAIO Support.

I have tried calling:

0905 0310006

All one gets is the continuous (Dead) dialling tone response.

That is still the number on the new website.

Sony have investigated and cannot find a fault.

I have tried it myself and it is working OK.

Are you phoning from home - some work networks may not allow calls to Premium Rated numbers.
