webcam software on vaio ?

hello just purchased my new vaio and reinstalled windows on there but i forgot to back up the webcam software that came preloaded on the laptop and it has now been overwritten

can someone tell me the name of the software it was please ? and also if there is anywhere online i can download it ? it let you zoom in and out with the cam and stuff like that

my sony is a VPCEB2M0E

I think you mean Arcsoft Webcam Companion 3 unless it has changed with the latest models.

For licensing reasons this can only be installed free as part of the original Sony Operating System.  If you reinstall a commercial version of Windows you will have to buy a replacement as it is not available for free download.

Free trial versions are available on Google but I have not found a free version.
