Win 7 driver for Nvidia GeForce 6400 Go for Vaio VGN-S5XP/B

Hi - does a windows 7 driver actually exist for the above? Naively I have upgraded my Vaio VGN-S5XP/B o Win7 but as far as I can see there is no driver update available. Has anyone had the same problem - and solved it?

You may possibly be able to solve this problem by installing the relevant Nvidia driver with a modified .inf file.
