How can I turn off the ZAP part of my Walkman cannot listen to any full length piece of music.It continually zips to the next item ?

How can I turn off the Zap part of my Walkman. It is irritating in the extreme to only listen to a few seconds of any item?

You do not state which model walkman you have but pressing the ZAP button should allow you to change between normal playback and Zappin playback..
