Hi there, I wonder if I can get an advice whether the mic from my headphones is OK or not. When I am having a call over telephone or Skype/Lync, the mic from my headphones produces a lot of noise in the other's ears (no matter if it is in BT or wired mode). Practically it takes all the sounds around me, people telling me that the background noise is even louder than my voice. I cannot continue any call in this way. Is this the mic that should be on these expensive headsets, or my unit is really defective? Thanks.
