I purchased this product from Amazon last year. I'm using this everyday and never found any problems. But today I was using as normally that I realised the volume button not working means unable to increase and decrease volume while playing. I was surprised and tried to fix myself but still the problem. So, I decided to post here and thought someone will help me or have information. Thank You
