My Sony Walkman NWZ-A865's touch screen seems to have frozen too. I've tried resetting it multiple times and I've also formatted it. I tried sending an email to Sony eSupport and I got a message saying the message was not received because it is under maintenance! I am very displeased with the support given so far.
