I recently acquired a Sony Walkman model NWZ-E475. Having connected to my PC and followed the setup instructions I then downloaded some music.
When I go to use the Walkman I get a flashing message "HOLD" at the top of the screen for a few seconds and the unit then switches off.
Can anyone offer help??
