Don't bother m8 go for another brand of incar media unit as this one is hardly compatable with anything ,the note 3 is not compatable with it ,i even tried an i-phone 4s same result,nothing!!! as for Sony trying to help you can forget that aswell!! updated the firmware ,no change .It seems to me that Sony cannot be bothered to update its compatability functions to modern phones as its an old model now and they will not spend any more money on it,so steer clear of sony in the future and tell your friends to do the same, rubbish support,wish i had never bothered.
