I've had these for a few months now and the left earbud only works when pressed in the right angle, I've tried all troubleshooting and restarting and initialising, I have a valid warranty how do I get it replaced?
Hey @Alwaysunlucky I think that you need to reset the headset as mentioned here, also, you can initialize it as shown here. But for the warranty claim i think you will need to contact Sony so they can give you the correct details.
