You may have to be more specific - what are you trying to do?

Sadly, all support for the NAV-U series of Sat Navs finished in 2009 so there is no new software and no new maps.  Have a look at the manual here:-

My model is NV-U83G.  My activation code is: RSVSWEJ88WE6D but I guess because Sony doesn't manufacture / support Sat-navs anymore activation is not possible.  (I'm not impressed, Sony...:smileysad:!)
