in Sony TVs we have encountered a situation where, when the TV is turned off, the power to the module is disconnected, so the recorded program cannot be decoded by our card, which necessarily does not work then.
If this additionally happened after updating the TV's software, it means that it has been changed in the software. Is it possible to change this, e.g. in the settings, you should ask the manufacturer of the equipment.
