Charging port broken?

Hello. When I plug the charging cable into the phone, it's not charging properly - as in it only charges when I hold it at a certain position. It happens to all cables so I'm pretty sure the charging port is broken. Will I be able to get the charging port replaced at the sony customer centre in HK?

If you are experiencing that something does not feel right with the charger connector in the device I would recommend you to contact your local support team for more information about how to send your phone in to an authorized service center.
