My phone is stuck at 20%. the seen how to fix it online but can't get the boot mode going as the manual says. it says hold power button and volume up for 6 seconds but this doesn't work

@donoghue379  You should hold the buttons together for more than 6 seconds, try minimum 10 seconds. The phone will vibrate once (forced restart) and three times (forced shutdown).
