Touch screen not working

My Xperia XA1 mobile's touch is not working properly. I had this problem last year, I went to Sony service center and they resolved this issue by replacing new display for my phone. But still I'm facing the same issue. It's almost 2years that I'm using this phone, so I cannot claim for warranty replacement. Please kindly anyone find me a way to overcome this problem.

If it's a hardware issue there's nothing anyone could suggest to address the issue, what you could do first is

1 remove any protective case, film and/or glass

2 clean the screen 

3 restart the phone in Safe Mode >>> safe mode 

4 Test the touchscreen 

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test
