Adding Language

Hi

I just bought Sony Xperia  Z1 mobile phone for my relative in Jordan and sent it to her

She found no Arabic language choice in system languages

So, what's the easiest way to add Arabic Language  ? I hope no more costs needed ?

Unfortunately it's not possible to add new/more system languages by default.
