i am having the same problem, and i was very very dissapionted with sony service center indonesia
heres the detail.
i accidentally crack my sony xperia Z2 back cover, and i realized that this will not cover by the warranty, but still i take it to sony xperia service center located at ITC Roxy Mas because i believe that this is the best solution
14/7/2014 i came to xperia care ITC Roxy Mas and was greeted unfriendly by the customer service. I let her see my phone and let them examine it. I ask how much should i pay, but the customer service just give the price range and cannot guarantee it that will fit the price or not. She said that tonight (which mean 14/7/2014) all the phones on their office will be brought to center office, and they will confirm how much should i pay immediately.
17/7/2014 i call sony xperia call center at +62 21 29357669 because whenever i call the service center that i trust my phone to be repair, they never answer. I was told by the call center that the haven't receive any information about my phone, and will contact me immediately after they receive it.
21/7/2014 i emailed sony contact center because i haven't got the confirmation as they promise
23/7/2014 they replied my email, they were sorry for my inconvinience and said that they have receive my phone data. and i call the service center because they did not contact me, but still no answer
2/8/2014 i call sony contact center (since i can't reach the service center) and they said that in 3 work days i will receive the confirmation.
7/8/2014 they did not fulfill their promise, i did not get any confirmation from sony service center, so i call the contact center again (i still can't contact the srvice center, they wont anser the phone) and the promise me that today no matter what, i'll be receiving the confirmation. i wait untill 9pm, but no call from sony.
8/8/2014 i call the contact center again, and tell them that they dont give mey any confirmation and i also told them that i cant reach the service center, and guess what, the customer service told me to come by my self to service center that i put my phone and ask them about my phone.!!
should i publish it to the media???
Yess .. exactly .. it happened to my Z1 too :smileyd_oh: they way too ignorant ..
and its almost 1 month 3 weeks but still haven't receive any good news, and for the last time i came to sony center Senayan City, they kept asking me the same thing "sudah dapat konfirmasi harganya untuk perbaikan?" **bleep** .. i did say it once the phone enter your counter for the first time, but you asking me for 4th time?
