Erratic - Ghost Touches

Hi Sony,

I have been facing very erratic Ghost Touches in my T2 Ultra Dual. It gets so bad at times that the phone is completely out of control. I have tried doing a Factory Reset and when taken to a SOny Service center, all they say is it needs a Software Update. But to me it looks like a basic Harware Issue.

Please reply with a fix immediately.

Do you have a screen protector?

No I am not using a screen protector.

In fact this happens even when connecting the phone for chanrging...(USB or Power).

This could be related to the plug or cable.Have you tried another charger?
