Firmware update

Hi all. My z2 has a version 14.1.A.2.55 but i checked the latest version somewhere in sony website and it has a new version. Why mine when i check the software update said mine is up to date?

The new software version is still being rolled out. Depending on where you bought the phone (country and operator) it may not be available for your phone yet. When the update is available for your phone you will get a notification from the phone and/or PC Companion.

So in short, i will get the update no matter what? I dont care if i will get it late as long as i will get it.

Yes, you should get the update eventually. Because software updates may need local and operator approvals before we can release them for a phone we can't release the update at the same time for all phones. If you for example bought your phone from an operator that operator may need to approve the update and until they do we can't release it for your phone. In the unlikely case they don't approve it we will not be able to release it for your phone.
