Hi.
About ten times over the last three weeks my screen freezes (completely or partly, it's not possible to make the "phone" all the way to make the pick up).
Amazingly frustrating when it's just keeps on ringing and I can do nothing. Sometimes, it "wakes" up again after 30 seconds, other times I have to turn it off if possible, or just take the battery out.
I'm pretty sure this started after the latest update. Say 3-4 weeks ago. I'm living in Norway.

Otherwise, I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.
Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
