Headphone disconnect

Hi,

I am using Xperia Z1 from october 2013. Everything was going well until last one month when i encountered a wierd problem. 

I plug my headphone and it shows Headphone disconnected and whatever I play will sound at external speaker. FM Radio shows no headphone connected. If I just restart the phone and do it again it works over the headphone. But this joy stays for the first time insert. If i remove it and plug it again to continue music, the issue occours.

Headphone works perfect with just first time insert to phone after switched on. 

Please help me troubleshoot the issue.

I am facing same problem, I noticed that sony headphone and car auxiliary wire has no problem, but when I use klipsch headphone then they produce sound once, when I plugged out then no headphone works(Klipsch, sony z1, car auxiliary)and after that I have to restart mobile to get sound in headphone.
Then I try to plugged in unsupported headphone sony Ericsson xperia mini head phone, then mobile display message unsupported headphone after that I plugged in z1 headphone but sound comes from mobile speaker.
After restart I plugged in micromax headphone then message pop up Unsupported headphone and when plugged in z1 headphone same problem sound comes from speaker.
So I think this problem comes after 108 firmware update before it I was using klipsch earphone which plays well, but now they plays once and I have to restart each time.

I do PC companion firmware full repair but problem same.
